How do I verify my volunteer hours?

You control everything. All volunteer hours require your admin approval before being recorded. You can approve or reject any submission.

How do volunteers join my organisation?

After you register, you get a unique code. Volunteers enter this code in the app. You approve their membership. Takes less than 60 seconds.

Is this only for large organisation?

Not at all. Firefly works for organisations of any size, from small groups with five volunteers to large charities with hundreds.

What safeguarding measures are in place?

We comply with GDPR and data protection regulations. All organisations are verified. You control who joins your organisation and what hours are approved.
